Our purpose
Formerly known as X Billion Skills Lab, The Smart Fellowship is building an ‘automation-proof’ workforce for bharat. We are rooting for ‘team humans’ by training graduates to start thinking, solving and communicating beyond what a.i can do at work. We want smart fellows to thrive alongside a.i and remain in control, instead of being replaced by it.

What we do
The Smart Fellowship is an in-person workplace simulation where smart fellows master essential soft skills, behavioral skills and cognitive skills which are now ‘must haves’ for entry level jobs across sectors and domains. Skills taught include critical thinking, creative problem solving (jugaad), first principles thinking and emotional intelligence.

About the Founder: Samyak Chakrabarty has been featured by Forbes as one of Asia‘s most influential young entrepreneurs and has founded several social impact initiatives that have won national and international recognition. Step 2 - Job Role

Designation: Executive Assistant to Founder
Compensation: As per industry standards
Level: Entry to mid level

Role:
Duties for Founder

Manage google calendars and meeting coordination
Travel bookings
Manage his personal staff and home supplies
Coordinating with CA for personal filings

Duties for company/office
(please note, we are small setup with only 15 people therefore the work is not hectic or too demanding)

Managing and overseeing housekeeping staff (cleaner and peon)
Payment of electricity bills/office rent & ensuring office supplies
Initial screening of new job applicants based on provided requirements
Issuing offer letters to new joinees based on provided format
Contribute with creative ideas and insights on the company‘s core product - a soft skills training program (we are a flat structure where everyone is equal and gets involved in different parts if they want to) .

Minimum requirements
Great english profeciency
Ability to use ChatGPT to get work done smartly
Ability to use google calendars and docs
Can come to office Mon to Fri 9 30am to 7pm everyday
A ‘i will get it done, no matter what‘ mindset
