This role is designed for someone who thrives in complex, collaborative environments, and is passionate about driving technology service delivery to success across a global and multifaceted organisation.The SRO acts as an empowered partner and proxy for the Head of Core Technology, ensuring strong oversight, effective communication, and seamless review/reporting of technology services, with deficiencies escalated. This individual will engage with internal DWS stakeholders and DB TDI teams, maintaining high standards of organisation, discipline, and follow-through. Master's degree or relevant certifications are an advantage, but not essential.Professional Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of experience in technology project management, stakeholder engagement, or service delivery oversight, preferably within large or complex organisations.Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of conveying complex information simply and persuasively to diverse audiences.Project Management: Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary technology projects, with an ability to coordinate disparate teams and resources towards common goals.
