This is a high-impact role contributing to our growth, operational excellence, and ability to deliver trusted care.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment:Conduct phone screenings and video interviews with caregiver candidates.Assess candidates' communication skills, caregiving experience, professionalism, and culture fit.Manage the end-to-end hiring workflow—from sourcing to selection.Onboarding:Coordinate onboarding and documentation for newly hired caregivers.Ensure candidates complete required training, background checks, and compliance steps.Maintain accurate caregiver records in internal systems.Scheduling and Operations:Schedule caregivers to clients' homes based on client requirements, availability, skill needs, and location.Coordinate shift confirmations and follow-ups with caregivers.Communicate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflows.Ideal CandidateExperience working as a recruiter for a US healthcare company, either directly or through a BPO.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to understand an American accent (no need to speak with one).High agency, sharp, resourceful, and a self-starter who gets things done with minimal supervision.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.B.Tech or MBA preferred, but not mandatory.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Work from anywhere in India—fully remote.Be part of a mission-driven company improving the lives of seniors and their families across the US.
