Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for our global clients, tailored to their specific markets and target audiences.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Adapt social media content to regional and cultural preferences while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize content performance and audience engagement.

Content Creation and Storytelling

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and videographers to create engaging content, that aligns with brand messaging and aligns to the target audiences.
  • Oversee the content calendar for all regions, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and launches.
  • Optimize content for social media algorithms, SEO and virality.
  • Utilize tools for personalized content recommendations and audience targeting.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and handling customer queries.
  • Develop regional community engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty and user-generated content (UGC).
  • Manage crisis communication and reputation management across global social platforms.

  

Influencer & Partnership Collaborations

  • Identify and collaborate with international influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage influencer contracts, performance tracking and ROI measurement.

Paid Social Media & Performance Marketing

  • Work with performance marketing teams to develop and execute paid social media campaigns.
  • Optimize targeting, audience segmentation and ad creatives to maximize conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve social media ROI.

Analytics, Reporting & Growth Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze key social media KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights for brand growth.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in managing social media for international brands, demonstrating a deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behaviour across diverse regions.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or Journalism.
  • Certifications in Social Media Marketing (Meta Blueprint, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Google Digital Garage, etc.) preferred
  • Certifications in Social Media Marketing from platforms such as Meta Blueprint, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or Google Digital Garage are highly preferred.
  • A master's degree in digital marketing or Branding is considered a significant plus.
