Renowned for innovation and a commitment to customer success, it facilitates flexible and collaborative working environments through its cloud-based approach.About The Job:We are seeking a Product Manager to guide development on our Marketing Catalogs.Marketing Catalogs are built on Salesforce CRM and have direct integration with other key products and services across our digital platform.They enable marketers across Salesforce to author details for digital offers, as well as content about our products and customer success stories that can be authored once and syndicated across various channels and surfaces.In this role, you will execute on the strategy to deliver our new offer catalog, build out integrations with translation services, and enhance the user experience and flow of our suite of Marketing Catalogs to ensure scalability and ease of content authoring.Essential Job Functions:Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management; Define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmapIdentify opportunities to improve flows and user experience, incorporating in product feature availabilityStakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a product evangelist for Marketing Catalogs and advocate for the same.Engage deeply with users through interviews and analytics to understand pain points and develop solutionsEstablish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure catalog usabilityEnsure that improvements in metadata and data governance directly translate into measurable user impact.Scrum Execution:Define and own the sprint goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and product strategy.Participate in Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Own and maintain a well-structured product backlog that reflects current priorities, upcoming features, and strategic initiatives.Groom and refine the backlog regularly to ensure stories are ready for upcoming sprints, with appropriate sizing and prioritization.Continuously balance competing priorities — new features vs. tech debt vs. customer requests — to maximize value delivered.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience in technical leadership.
