Principal Salesforce Developer

We are looking for ahighly skilled and experienced Principal Salesforce Developer to joina dynamic team for acontract -to -hire opportunity. The role is based in Bangalore, and thesuccessful candidatewill be working with TheProductGuys, Mumbai, on various strategicSalesforceimplementations. This is a long -term contract opportunity with the possibilityoftransitioning to apermanent role based on performance and business needs.KeyResponsibilities:● Lead the design,development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions acrossvarious businessprocesses.● Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders to understand requirements and translatethem into effectiveSalesforce -based solutions.● Develop andimplement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce,Lightning WebComponents, and other Salesforce technologies.● Provide guidanceand mentorship to junior developers and other technical teammembers.● Ensure the qualityof solutions, adhering to best practices for security, scalability, andperformance.● Perform codereviews, and recommend improvements to ensure high -qualitystandards.● IntegrateSalesforce with third -party applications and platforms as required.● Collaborate withcross -functional teams to ensure seamless system integration andefficientdeployment.● Participate in thefull software development lifecycle, including design,implementation,testing, and maintenance.● Troubleshoot complex Salesforce -related issues and provide timelyresolutions Requirements7+ years of hands -onexperience in Salesforce development, including expertise inApex, Lightning WebComponents, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.● Extensiveexperience in Salesforce development and architecture, with deepunderstanding ofSalesforce tools and features.● Strong proficiencyin Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, andintegratingSalesforce with other systems.● Solid experiencein Salesforce Lightning development and migration from Classicto Lightning.● Knowledge ofSalesforce best practices in terms of code quality, deploymentprocesses, andversion control.● Experience withSalesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud ishighly desirable.● Expertise in Apextriggers, classes, and Visualforce pages for customdevelopment.● Proficient inusing Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.● Strongcommunication skills with the ability to liaise with business stakeholders andprovide technicalleadership.● Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced, team -orientedenvironment.
