Lead Statistical ProgrammerThis critical leadership position involves overseeing statistical programming across multiple studies and projects. A successful candidate will have extensive experience in SAS programming, CDISC standards, and regulatory submissions.Manage the development of programming documentations according to programming standards and processes.Create CDISC standard SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications.Develop and oversee the creation of SAS programs for generating SDTM and ADaM datasets following CDISC standards and reports.The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a global interdisciplinary team with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience with pharmaceutical clinical development and regulatory submissions is highly desirable.A key responsibility of this role includes leading statistical programming activities for therapeutic areas or compounds/indications within multiple studies/projects.
