Job Title: Chief Network Management System ArchitectThe Senior NMS Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the NMS platform supporting LEO Lightspeed networks. This role requires working within an Agile SAFe framework to deliver robust, scalable and high-quality CNMS solutions.This involves leading technical design and integration for Lightspeed network management solutions. Collaborating with vendors to ensure solutions align with industry standards is also a key responsibility. Additionally, maintaining comprehensive CNMS documentation for transparency and operational efficiency is essential.Design, develop and enhance OSS/NMS systems for resource management, service monitoring and fault management.Lead technical design and integration for Lightspeed network management solutions.Collaborate with vendors and ensure solutions align with industry standards.Maintain comprehensive CNMS documentation for transparency and operational efficiency.5-10 years of experience in technical design and development roles.Expertise in Layer 2/3 protocols, gRPC/gNMI/gNOI, HTTP/2 and mTLS.Strong programming experience in Python 3.x and BDD-based test frameworks.Hands-on experience with Linux environments, containers and YANG/NMTS XML, YAML, JSON.Familiarity with Netcracker, ONAP, Blue Planet or Amdocs OSS/NMS tools.Knowledge of IP, MPLS, SR-MPLS, Ethernet, VLAN, MEF and TMF standards.
