A strong understanding of these systems is crucial in order to successfully execute this task.In this position, you will be responsible for leading RFP responses, collaborating with sales and technical teams, mapping business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, and configuring Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs.A successful candidate will also have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules, conduct client demos, collaborate with project teams, test and validate technical components, and develop end-user documentation and training materials.This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
