As a Chartered Accountant in the Revenue Assurance and Controllership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue recognition processes and financial reporting. This position is ideal for a CA fresher eager to apply their accounting expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Assurance:Assist in reviewing and validating revenue recognition processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards.Monitor revenue transactions for accuracy and completeness.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.Publishing receivables ageing reports and DSO trackingFinancial Reporting:Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.Internal Controls:Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust internal controls over financial reporting.Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Process Improvement & Automation:Collaborate with the Tech and Process Automation teams to implement digital workflows and SAP-integrated revenue reporting system. Develop AR dashboards and MIS reports for real-time tracking of Billed and Unbilled Revenue.Establish preventive and detective controls for customer master, Receivables Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Model provisioning.Audit Support:Provide support during internal and external audits by preparingnecessary documentation and responding to inquiries.Assist in addressing audit findings and implementing recommendations.Data Analysis and Reporting:Conduct data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required by management.QualificationsEducation: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; internship experience in finance or accounting is a plus.SkillsStrong understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP/SAP systems is a plus).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Other RequirementsWork Environment: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic business setting.MediBuddy Introduction:MediBuddy is India's largest on-demand, full-stack digital healthcare platform that helps patients access multiple healthcare services.
