Search Solutions ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled Search Solutions Architect to join our team.Job Description:Design and Implement Search Solutions: Develop advanced search features using OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, including custom analysers, tokenisers, and scoring algorithms.Index and Template Management: Create and maintain index templates, mappings, and lifecycle policies to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.Query Pipeline Development: Build and optimise custom query builders and search pipelines tailored to complex business requirements.Ai/Ml/Llm Powered Search: Leverage LLMs and AI for data enrichment and improved search relevance.Api Development: Develop and maintain robust, scalable APIs for search using Python (FastAPI).Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead efforts in integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure reliability and accuracy of search features.Devops and Automation: Automate deployment and management of search infrastructure, including index templates and search pipelines.Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers and product teams to deliver high-quality search experiences.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ Years Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch in Production Environments: Proven experience with designing and implementing search solutions using Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.Experience with Ai/LLM-Based Search Experiences: Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based search experiences such as RAG, learning to rank and query understanding.Expert Level Expertise in Python: Proficiency in building APIs using Python, preferably FastAPI.Deep Understanding of Search Concepts: Strong knowledge of search concepts, including analysers, tokenisers, relevance tuning, custom scoring, and query DSL.Experience with Index Template Management: Practical experience with creating and maintaining index templates, mappings, and lifecycle policies.Proficiency in Designing and Optimising Search Pipelines: Ability to design and optimise custom query builders and search pipelines.Practical Hands-On Experience Developing Software Using Ai-Assisted Tools: Experience with developing software using AI-assisted tools and workflows such as Cursor, Co-pilot, and Windsurf.Strong Testing Background: Strong background in integration, regression, and performance testing.DevOps Skills: Proficiency in automation, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with data engineers and product teams.Benefits:Green-Field Impact: Opportunity to architect the backbone of our data engine from the ground up.Remote-First Flexibility: Flexible remote working arrangements, allowing you to work anywhere in India and set core hours that suit your life.Small Senior Team: Collaborative and innovative team culture, with less bureaucracy and quicker decision-making.Opportunity to Build Pipelines That Power World's Smartest B2B Sales Intelligence Platform: Chance to contribute to a cutting-edge platform that powers sales intelligence.
