Job TitleWe are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM Technical Specialist to lead our team's Oracle upgrade efforts.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle OTM, with a proven track record of delivering successful upgrades and functional enhancements.Leading the upgrade efforts for Oracle OTM version 6.5.3, ensuring seamless transition and minimal downtime.Designing and implementing tailored functional enhancements to meet business needs, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity.Performing comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations, identifying and resolving potential issues.Optimizing and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance, ensuring optimal system utilization.Collaborating on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments, providing expert guidance and assistance.Troubleshooting post-upgrade issues and supporting ongoing operations, ensuring continuous system availability.Documenting solutions and supporting knowledge transfer, promoting best practices and expertise within the team.Required skills and qualifications include:4-7+ years of OTM experience, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles, demonstrating expertise and maturity.Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions, showcasing technical proficiency.Strong knowledge of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations, enabling effective system management.Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development, ensuring robust data management.Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM, allowing for informed decision-making.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, facilitating teamwork and stakeholder satisfaction.Background in logistics or supply chain is a plus, bringing valuable industry expertise to the role.
