Job Description:As an experienced OTM Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Oracle Transportation Management solutions to clients. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in OTM Cloud and the ability to work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and enhancements.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OTM functional flows, SQL skills, and experience working in Agile/DevOps environments. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.The role involves end-to-end OTM implementation, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. The consultant should have experience in configuring OTM components such as Order Management, Planning & Execution, Rates & Contracts, Itineraries & Network setups, Automation Agents, Screen Sets, Saved Queries.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality OTM Cloud solutions aligned with business needs.Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, and solution demonstrations.Manage configuration activities and validate functional scenarios.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations, data mapping, and custom logic.Support test cycle executions and provide issue resolution.Qualifications:Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
