Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Operations - MICE Services to oversee and manage all aspects of domestic and outbound operations for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE). This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Noida office. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with sales teams, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), transportation providers, and event planners to ensure the seamless execution of travel, hospitality, and event services for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight:
  • Manage end-to-end operations for domestic and outbound MICE services.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, transportation, and event logistics.
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination:
  • Collaborate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions while maintaining service standards.
  • Client Servicing:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients during pre-event planning, event execution, and post-event feedback.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations executives.
  • Monitor performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Budgeting and Reporting:
  • Prepare and manage budgets for MICE projects.
  • Generate operational reports, track key performance indicators, and ensure profitability of operations.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Address any challenges or last-minute changes during event execution with agility and professionalism.
  • Implement contingency plans to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in operations management, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or MICE industry.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale domestic and international events.
  • 2+ years of coordinating operations with International DMCs
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel management software.
  • Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of domestic and outbound travel logistics.
  • Familiarity with visa processes, travel regulations, and MICE industry trends.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
