Job Title: Senior Analytics Associate Role OverviewThe Senior Analytics Associate is a highly skilled professional who will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge analytics solutions to pharma clients.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization, with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively to stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute advanced analytics projects, including patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient-centric analytics solutions.Develop and maintain forecasting models to project demand, revenue, patient volumes, and prescription growth.Conduct brand and portfolio-level sales analytics, including NRX/TRX trends, HCP performance, payer mix, and competitive dynamics.Support MMX projects, including data ingestion, model execution, output validation, and insights storytelling.Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations tailored to client needs.Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks.Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting.Provide mentorship to junior team members on analytics techniques and best practices.RequirementsAdvanced degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics projects under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as R, Python, and SQL.Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.BenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus structure.Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.Access to cutting-edge analytics tools and technologies.
