Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with Python and Flask, and a proven track record in leading technical projects. The candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be adept at working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using Python and Flask.

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with various systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Manage and optimize database interactions using SQL and SQLAlchemy.

- Utilize GIT for version control and ensure best practices in code management.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Ensure the team adheres to coding standards and best practices.

- Design and manage data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, focusing on Cloud SQL and BigQuery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to innovate and improve processes.


Mandatory Skills:


- 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python and Flask.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

- Proficient in SQL and experience with SQLAlchemy.

- Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly GIT.

- GCP Professional Data Engineer certification.

- Experience with Cloud SQL and BigQuery.


Preferred Skills:


- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience in cloud architecture and services beyond GCP.

- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
