Procurement Excellence RoleThis is a strategic role focusing on the management of moderately complex deals with medium business and financial impact.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Procurement:Coordinate and execute procurement projects across various categories and stakeholders.Conduct market research to identify suitable vendors and collaborate with the team to determine shortlisted suppliers in line with category strategies.Manage procurement processes for new products, services, and renewals with medium complexity requirements.Strategy and Vendor Management:Develop and evolve sourcing strategies for medium complexity categories.Work collaboratively with staff to define projects that support category strategies.Participate in vendor management programs, including feedback from stakeholders, vendor scorecard development, and quarterly business reviews.Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to drive vendor portfolio strategy and direction.Engage with senior procurement teams for mentoring on sourcing strategies, procurement processes, and relationship building.Requirements:Medium complexity project management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Vendor management experience and knowledge of procurement processes.Benefits:Opportunity to work on moderate complexity projects.Chance to develop and implement sourcing strategies.Collaborative work environment with senior procurement teams.Professional growth and development opportunities.
