Role and responsibilities:
We are a young start-up working in a dynamic environment - roles and responsibilities evolve. However, here are key responsibilities you should expect:.
- Work on building a leading travel and outdoors brand that customers love.
- Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Search,/Display networks.
- Optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to improve performance.
- Write content for various social media in the form of posts, stories, contests, Q&A, etc.
- Manage social media handles (Instagram and Facebook) and interacting with users whilst developing customer relationships.
- Work with the team to manage and optimize the performance of various social media handles.
- Grow social media followers and working on engagement.
- Work on goal-based metrics and create weekly/monthly reports of the tasks
- Use metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Conduct research and creating profiles of suppliers on the website
- Oversee SEO and other organic customer acquisition strategies
Qualification:
- Any graduate with 0-3 years of experience
- Some Education/Experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- A good team player, punctuality and professionalism is a must
