Lead the blueprinting sessions and publish the business requirements along with key design decisions and data dependenciesWork with a team of experts to configure, solution as per the design to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring processWork with the customer to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking, analysis and resolution processDiligently help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teamsSupport customer demonstrationsBe a mentor and guide to junior membersWhat you’ll have7 years of experience with implementing supply chain planning applications is a MUST. Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R,SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirabe.Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP. Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is desirableProficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentationExperience in a planning solution deployment w.r.t to business requirement determination, solution and process design decisions, best practices prescription and value deliverable.Experience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementationsAbility to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, distributed across locations and time zonesEducation: Master’s Degree.
