Hiring: Azure Solution Architect | 10–16 Years Experience | Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 Days WFH)About the Role We are looking for an Azure Solution Architect to design, lead, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions. You will be responsible for defining architecture, driving technical excellence, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enable next-generation digital transformation on Microsoft Azure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead solution design, sizing, and implementation for Azure-based environments.Drive PoCs, landscape assessments, and early-stage technology implementations.Conduct architecture reviews ensuring scalability, robustness, and security.Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve critical customer-impacting issues.Act as a trusted advisor, mentor, and technical thought leader across teams.Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, resiliency, and availability.Publish technical papers, best practices, and participate in workshops or reviews.Apply strong project management discipline to ensure timely and transparent delivery.Required Qualifications & Experience10–16 years of total experience, with 5–10 years in Azure architecture or cloud leadership roles.Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid architectures.Strong understanding of network, storage, compute, and cloud-native architectures.Hands-on experience in Azure Data/AI stack (Microsoft Fabric, Foundry, Azure OpenAI).Exposure to modernization and AI-driven solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.Proven experience designing solutions across multiple Azure services and workloads.Relevant Microsoft certifications (AZ-305, AZ-400, etc.) preferred.Soft Skills & Leadership QualitiesCollaborative and inclusive leadership with a “team-first” mindset.Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex dependencies.Self-driven, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of cloud innovation.
