OR• A degree in Master of Business Administration / PGDMJob Description: Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across exploration, production, sales, and operations. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for CRM solutions. Evaluate current business processes within Oil & Gas operations and identify improvement opportunities. Work with CRM development and support teams to customize and configure CRM systems. Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of CRM features. Support the implementation of CRM tools, conduct UAT, and train end-users. Provide insights based on data trends from CRM and ERP platforms to support decision-making. Develop process documentation, business workflows, and user guides. Stay up to date with industry trends and CRM tool updates to recommend improvements. Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and safety standards applicable to the Oil & Gas industry.
