Job Title: Business Development ManagerJob Description:We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and build client relationships for our cloud solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to identify prospects and translate customer needs into value-driven solutions.Identify and develop new business opportunities in the defined territory.Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and other key performance metrics.Required Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate should possess 7-10 years of experience selling software solutions and services to enterprise customers. A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or an appropriate field is required. Familiarity with solution selling techniques and strong account management skills are essential. Certifications in relevant cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, are also desirable.Proven track record of consistently achieving assigned targets.Ability to communicate and influence people at all levels in an organization.Good industry network and existing relationships with C-level contacts.Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative work environment.Areas of Expertise:New business development, B2B sales, solution selling, revenue generation, account management, relationship management, planning & forecasting, prospecting, demand generation, pipeline management, negotiation & closing. Solution knowledge includes compute, storage, networking, databases, DevOps & CI/CD services, AI/ML services, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models, public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. Partner ecosystems include ISVs, MSPs, and SaaS integrations.Solution Knowledge:Compute, storage, networking, databases, DevOps & CI/CD services, AI/ML services, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models; public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. OPEX vs CAPEX cost model, partner ecosystems (ISVs, MSPs, SaaS integrations).
