Backed by Navavista Technology Ventures, we are on an ambitious path to reach 1 million+ customers in our first year of launch.To support this growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can partner with business leaders to bring the best talent into our team.Role OverviewThe Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, from understanding business needs, creating JDs, sourcing talent, and screening candidates to driving interviews and onboarding. This role is critical to ensure Creditsin builds a high-performance team across tech, business, and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to understand hiring needs across departments (Tech, Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations).Draft and publish compelling job descriptions on job boards, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms.Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Internshala, AngelList, referrals, communities) to attract top talent.Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates.Coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds with hiring managers.Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness).Build a strong employer brand by promoting Creditsin’s culture and mission.Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of proven recruitment experience, ideally in startups, fintech, or high-growth companies.Strong sourcing expertise on LinkedIn and social hiring channels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously under tight deadlines.Passion for building teams and working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.Why Join Us?Be part of a high-growth fintech startup with a mission to democratize access to credit.Directly shape the team that drives Creditsin’s success.Exposure to cross-functional hiring (tech, product, sales, marketing, data, ops).Entrepreneurial culture, steep learning curve, and ownership-driven role.CompensationCompetitive salary (₹4.5 – ₹5 LPA, depending on experience)Performance incentives based on hiring success and TAT
