About Company The company began its journey in India by sourcing home furnishing products for its stores worldwide and has been present in the country for over 30 years It has expanded its retail footprint through both large-format stores and an online presence aiming to provide affordable quality home goods tailored to the Indian market by adapting products to local needs and increasing local sourcing The company emphasizes sustainability community engagement and growth through reinvestment making India a strategic market with significant potential An Ideal Candidate An ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in non-IT recruitment demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various non-technical roles The candidate must possess strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with hiring managers department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions Experience in building talent pipelines negotiating offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience is essential Additionally the candidate should be adept at using recruitment tools and platforms and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment Key Competencies Partner with Steering Managers and Hiring Managers to gain a thorough understanding of the assigned positions Utilize global tools programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify attract and engage qualified candidates for both current and anticipated vacancies Build and maintain manageable talent pools to ensure future competency in software systems and analyze data to drive continuous process improvements across the recruitment function Integrate Diversity Equity Inclusion principles into recruitment efforts while fostering and managing strong relationships with stakeholders within the country organization to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies and manage stakeholder expectations effectively Collaborate with Location Operational Services Managers in the country to address escalations and resolve any issues Support the implementation of new initiatives programs policies and services including the integration and transition of transactional processes from various countries Coordinate with counterparts in Talent Management Centres of Expertise at both global and local levels to help standardize processes efficiently and obtain guidance on any process changes Work closely with Location Operational Services Specialists Centres of Expertise Specialists and Business Partners in the country to develop and maintain service delivery models that support process execution including self-service resources for managers and co-workers Continuously contribute to improving service delivery to achieve the highest and most consistent standards Manage and oversee the screening assessment interview and offer processes for the regional functional segment ensuring an excellent candidate experience Proactively work to fill all open positions with qualified candidates Screen interview and prepare candidate shortlists within appropriate and consistent timelines Communicate effectively and proactively throughout the recruitment process Coordinate sourcing and recruitment efforts across various units within the country Define applicant pool search criteria sort applicants and update existing talent pools Organize events and engage with Talent Communities and candidates to encourage registration Lead strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and determine the sourcing strategy for open positions Act as a trusted talent advisor throughout the recruitment process
