Staying Current:Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor information. Required Skills Strong Sales Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills are essential for success in this role. Technical Expertise:A strong understanding of the products or services being sold, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Problem-Solving Skills:The ability to identify and solve customer problems and provide effective solutions. Relationship Building:The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively communicating with customers and internal teams. Qualifications:BE Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent (MBA preferred but not must)Desired Experience and Skills:Interaction with automotive OEMsProficiency in SAP/ERP systemsFamiliarity with Manufacturing Processes2-3 years of experience in Sales in Automotive Industry (EV preferred)Proven experience in selling electric vehicle parts is highly desirable.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends.Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to embrace change and innovation.📅 Job Type: Full-time📍 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
