Responsibilities:

The HCM Cloud Functional Specialist is responsible for Requirement gathering, configurations, CRPs, End-user training and Liaison in cloud implementation and support projects. In addition, experience in Fast Formulas and Integrations is required.


Requirement:

Overall, 12 to 15 years of experience in Oracle applications with at least 5 to 6 years in Oracle Cloud modules of Absence and OTL.

  • Design and develop complex solutions for Oracle cloud modules
  • Interact with stake holders and understand client requirements and map them with delivered features of the Oracle cloud product
  • Identifying Gaps and proposing potential work arounds to the client
  • Provide out of the box solutions when the situation demands to meet client requirements
  • Identifies and resolves issues that arise during test cycles. Responsible for functional testing
  • Lead change control processes including evaluation of requested changes, impact of changes from system end-to-end standpoint
  • Client presentations and Demos for Oracle Cloud HCM modules
  • Good understanding of Fast Formulas
  • Work experience in Fast Formulas (would be an advantage)
  • Working experience of another module other than Absence and OTL is also required (Preferably Benefits or Payroll)
  • Should have worked on at least 6-8 implementation projects in the modules required
  • Should be able to handle the entire configurations for modules proficient in
  • Understanding the nuances of new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and newer estimations
  • Ownership of delivery and customer relationship for the modules being managed

Coordinate with Oracle SMEs as needed to arrive at the industry-leading solutions for the clients.
