Role: Monitoring Administrator with custom scripting OAC/IAC

Experience Range: 5 – 8 Years

Location: Pan India

Must Have:

1. Experience in operating for IBMi & Open systems (Unix and Windows) platforms

2. Proficient in using MS Office Suite of products, Servicenow, and File transfer tools

3. Use ROBOT scheduler & replays on the IBMi systems.

4. Use of Jenkins tool for automation

5. Experience with job scheduling tools such as IBM Job Scheduler.

Good to Have:

1. Familiarity with AS/400 system monitoring and performance tuning

2. Understanding of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks

3. Interrupt jobs to change priorities or abort processing.

Essential:

  • Run batch jobs on the AS400/windows/linux platforms
  • Assist Support team on the batch job issues and system recovery
  • Execute jobs based on priority and specific time required and update checklist.
  • Monitor system console for messages and machine utilization
  • Interrupt jobs to change priorities or abort processing

Minimum Qualification:

•15 years of full-time education

•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
