Advanced Analytics SpecialistWe are seeking a talented Advanced Analytics Specialist to join our global team responsible for building and managing advanced advertising platforms.The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, machine learning, and large-scale data processing. They will be responsible for defining optimization problems, establishing KPIs, and developing predictive models.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement data pipelines for big data processing using distributed systems and real-time processing techniques.Develop and train machine learning models for tasks such as price optimization, CTR/CVR prediction, and creative performance analysis.Conduct offline evaluations and simulations, followed by online deployment and A/B testing strategies.Implement MLOps practices including training/inference pipelines, drift detection, automated rollback, and governance for quality and privacy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.Mandatory Qualifications:3+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and large-scale data processing.Proficiency with libraries such as Pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.Hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructure, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Terraform.Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design (A/B testing, causal inference).Experience building and deploying ML models (regression, classification, tree-based methods) with robust evaluation strategies.Knowledge of digital advertising concepts or similar optimization domains.Practical experience in production ML systems, including monitoring and drift detection.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and presenting analytical insights.Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.Fluent English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).Desired Skills:Cloud-based infrastructure: GCP, AWS, AzureBig data tools: Spark, Hadoop, KafkaDistributed systems and real-time processingProgramming languages: Python, Java, ScalaBenefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and projectsCollaborative and dynamic work environmentProfessional growth and development opportunitiesCompetitive salary and benefits package
