Operations and Analytics ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support our business operations and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, combined with operational knowledge and excellent communication abilities. They will work closely with senior team members to deliver projects and solve complex problems.Mission Critical Skills:Understand and clearly communicate client business issues, operating rules, data, and procedures.Execute and improve pre-defined processes.Implement process improvements and identify opportunities for growth.Stay up-to-date on new tools, techniques, and models to enhance process design.Develop expertise in operational processes, data, tools, and technology to bridge business and technology gaps.Apply quality checks and validations, reporting results to the Operations Lead.Coordinate with stakeholders across time zones to ensure smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Implement defined operational models with standard procedures, quality assurance, and governance.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.Assist the engineering team to implement new operational procedures and improvements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communication, or Electrical Engineering.1-2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL.Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting is an advantage.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
