Job Description:Roles & Responsibilities: Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital, and brand design.Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategiesOwn ideation, conceptualization, and execution of Key Visuals and Promotion Campaigns to help drive marketing objectives by leveraging the content to shape the narrative in a visually compelling and provocative mannerDirect and supervise creative from concept through execution along with the Copy teamManage deliverables and the design team. Collaborate across various teams to achieve the marketing goalsProvide clear creative direction, motivation, and inspiration to the design teamWork on design strategies that are insightful and stimulate good workEnforce brand guidelines across all internal & external departments including businesses, marketing, acquisition, PR, etc.Experience in both mainline & digital creative thinking would be preferredAble to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to understand creative briefs and generate unique ideasKnowledge about interiors and current brand trends will be a plusExpertise and Qualifications1-3 years of experience in copywriting for advertising, digital, and social. Strong sense of creative storytelling, content writing, user experience, and marketing and possess ideation skills that stretch across various communication mediaExperience balancing strategy and copy, leading and managing small projects with art resources.Ability to thrive as a collaborator/co-creator - willing to shape ideas as well as build on the ideas of others.Good sense of brand guidelineProject ManagementTake ownership of QC of all the assigned work.
