About Tempest Advertising At Tempest we celebrate excellent creative work and every individual who is part of the creative process Also what s important to us is the effectiveness of the creative For at the end of the day it s both creative excellence and impact a piece of communication creates that leaves a forever mark in hearts and minds of customers as well as clients For over two decades now we at Tempest have been building brands and making a difference to people s lives through truthful smart innovative and engaging advertising Overview We are looking for a talented and creative Junior Art Director to join our team As a Junior Art Director you will be responsible for supporting the creative process and bringing ideas to life through compelling designs across various platforms Working closely with senior creatives you will have the opportunity to contribute your unique perspective and play a key role in the development of innovative and effective visual concepts that resonate with audiences Responsibilities - Collaborate with senior creatives to translate creative briefs into visually engaging designs - Conceptualize and develop fresh innovative ideas that effectively communicate key messages - Create original high-quality visuals including graphics layouts and artwork for various media print digital social and video - Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and industry standards to ensure consistent and impactful visual work - Partner with copywriters senior creatives and the client servicing team to execute cohesive and creative campaigns - Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry best practices to continually enhance your skills - Manage multiple design projects ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative visual solutions and ideas - Support senior art directors and the team in refining and executing design conceptsRequirements - Strong passion for advertising design and visual storytelling - 3 -5 years of experience in the advertising industry ideally within a creative agency - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Other video editing software - Solid understanding of visual communication typography and colour theory- Ability to work efficiently under pressure meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work - Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into effective visual solutions - Creative original accountable and confident in presenting and discussing design ideas ref updazz com
