About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Support Specialist to manage inbound queries from partners and end users regarding our product. This role requires strong communication skills, efficient problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach. The primary responsibilities include: Responding to customer calls with professionalism and clarity. Answering customer queries via email and chat with accuracy and within defined service level agreements. Providing product-related information, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through processes. Collaborating with internal teams (operations, technology, backend support) to resolve escalated issues. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM/helpdesk system. Following established communication scripts, support guidelines, and processes to deliver consistent service. Identifying recurring issues and sharing feedback for process improvement. Supporting brands on onboarding, product usage, transaction inquiries, and issue resolution. E nsuring high customer satisfaction scores by delivering empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented responses. Training and mentoring junior support team members when necessary.
