Role Description:


This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Lead at Bodycraft. As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various categories and channels to generate leads and get revenue. You will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, analyse data and analytics to identify trends and insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

You will work along with different teams which include but not limited to business, brand, creative, data, sales. Your role will also include working very closely with the creative team to get best creatives for campaigns and sales team to get full view and inputs of the entire customer journey funnel.


An Ideal Candidate:


  • Proven work experience as a Digital & Performance Marketing Expert or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels like Meta and Google
  • Have understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics
  • Have experience of handling agencies for affiliates and large media plans
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Obsession around customer behaviour, customer segmentation, and targeting to ensure sharp targeting of customers with relevant communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Managed a team of 2-3 people in the past is a plus
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing or related areas is a plus


Salary:- Up to Rs.17 lakhs
