Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Area Captain – GTM to lead the on-ground execution of store launches and hyperlocal go-to-market activations. You’ll own everything from launch readiness to local partnerships, brand visibility, and customer acquisition in your assigned zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end GTM execution for new area launches and planning for activation.
- Ensure brand visibility, sampling, events, and merchandising are deployed as per GTM strategy.
- Build and manage local vendor, society, and community partnerships to drive acquisition.
- Coordinate with marketing, ops, and design teams to execute hyperlocal campaigns (flyers, kiosks, banners, etc.).
- Act as the on-ground POC for city/zone launches, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
- Track and report launch KPIs: orders, new members, CAC, NPS, etc.
- Provide local market feedback and insights to optimize future GTM rollouts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in on-ground marketing, GTM execution, or city launches (preferably in Q-commerce, FMCG, D2C, or hyperlocal services).
- Strong project management and operational execution skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to hustle, adapt, and think on your feet during live GTM rollouts.
