About Senior Software Engineer PositionThe role of Senior Software Engineer II is a leadership position that involves designing, developing, and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to mentor and train team members.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and training to junior engineers, while ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.Delivering Technology Solutions: Analyze complex problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that meet business needs.IT Governance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, manage risk, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.Service Provider Management: Collaborate with external vendors, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly.Skill and Experience Requirements:A minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience with application development tools.Proven ability to lead and manage end-to-end integration solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services.Working knowledge of API, Microservices, Webservices, Rest APIs, and Application Development involving databases such as DB2, Couchbase, and Cassandra.Ability to perform requirement analysis, solution architecture reviews, and high-level solution design, resource-based and API specification development.Experience working in an agile development environment with an onshore & offshore model.This is an opportunity for experienced professionals to take on a leadership role, utilize their technical expertise, and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.
