Project Governance SpecialistThe ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project governance, portfolio management, and strategic reporting across multiple initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure compliance across all projects and programs.Design and manage portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel and visualization tools.Analyze data and trends to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and facilitate executive governance meetings.Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of excellence.Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications and Skills5+ years of experience in project management, program governance, or portfolio management roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and automation.Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools.Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Experience in financial management for projects, including budgeting and cost tracking.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP or similar certification preferred.Benefits and Growth OpportunitiesOpportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop leadership skills.Collaborative work environment with experienced professionals.Ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills.
