We are Hiring: Application Developer (Zoho Specialist) Location: Gurugram, India Department: IT & Digitalization Level: ExecutiveAbout the RoleSTS Renewable India is looking for a skilled Zoho Application Developer to join our IT & Digitalization team. In this role, you will design, build, and customize applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Deluge scripting. You'll be responsible for automating workflows, integrating third-party services, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital transformation journey by delivering scalable, user-friendly applications that drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho One suite tools.Automate workflows, build dashboards, and integrate third-party systems via Zoho APIs and Deluge scripting.Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Build reports and analytics dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.Stay updated on Zoho platform updates and industry best practices.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of application development experience, with at least 3+ years on Zoho platforms.Strong expertise in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho One.Proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Zoho certifications preferred; Agile/Lean certifications are a plus.Why Join Us?Be part of a forward-thinking digitalization team driving innovation.Work on impactful projects that streamline business processes.Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
