Lead Recruiter

As a Staffing Lead, you will oversee the full recruitment life cycle for Perm & C2H roles. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.You will ensure client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process and act as the primary point of contact for all Perm & C2H recruitment-related matters. Regular updates and reports will be provided to clients on the status of recruitment, talent pipelines, and market insights.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients (BFSI) to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets.Recruitment Process Oversight: Oversee the full recruitment life cycle for Perm & C2H roles, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and effectively.Required Skills and Qualifications:You must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruitment and in a delivery role, focusing on contract-to-hire positions.
