Job Title:Senior Technical Support ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive customer satisfaction and improve our product offerings. As a senior technical support engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and expertise to our customers.You will lead the resolution of complex technical issues, provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.Key qualifications include 8+ years of experience in software services, system administration, and technical support, as well as expertise in multiple Atlassian products, operating systems, and network technologies.You will also serve as a technical coach and mentor to junior team members, assisting them in developing their technical and soft skills.Responsibilities include:Performing root cause analysis and debugging across various Atlassian productsParticipating in customer-facing calls to communicate progress updates, action plans, and resolution detailsAssisting global teammates in driving long-running tickets to resolutionProviding context and challenging others to rise to tough occasionsRequired skills and qualifications include:8+ years of experience in Java support, software services, and system administration for a large end-user communityExpertise in multiple Atlassian products, including Synchrony, AWS, and AzureSubject matter expertise in operating systems (e.g. Linux, OS X, and Windows)Experience with networks and technologies, including proxies, load balancers, LDAP, Active Directory, SSL, application server technologies, and SQL databasesBecoming a part of our team means being an integral part of driving growth and innovation while improving customer satisfaction and making a visible impact on process, product, and team.We encourage candidates who are passionate about technology, customer satisfaction, and teamwork to apply.
