Job Title: IT Expert for Siemens OpsCenter/CamstarJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced IT expert to join our team as a specialist in Siemens OpsCenter/Camstar. As an IT expert, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance services for our OP center systems.Responsibilities:Taking care of service requests and issue resolution for various running OP center systemsInteracting with customers and stakeholders on issue resolutionWorking shifts including early shift and late shift, with occasional on-call duties over weekends or nightsExecuting life cycle management activities such as patching according to vulnerability management plansSupporting project activities according to capabilities, including installations, configurations, and peripheral device integrationInitiating and following up processes such as change management, updating relevant documentation and systemsRequired Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:IT, engineering, or natural science background3-10 years experience in operational services, preferably for MES OP CenterFamiliarity with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, change management processes, and vulnerability management processesGood technical understanding of the platform, administrative functions, and configuration parametersGood technical understanding of integration with other components such as SAP, Kepware, OPC UA, weighing systems, operating systems, and network componentsGood understanding of ISA95 OT architectureExcellent communication skills, experience handling conflicts with difficult customers, cross-cultural competence, and clear English languageQuality-oriented mindset with proven practice of documentation and testingBenefitsThis role offers:Opportunity to work with a dynamic teamProfessional growth and developmentCompetitive compensation packageFlexible working arrangementsOthersThis is a challenging role that requires:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities
