Job Description


We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team and help us customize, enhance, and extend the capabilities of our Salesforce platform to meet business needs. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions while ensuring the platform’s performance, scalability, and integration with other systems.


Key Responsibilities


●           Custom Development: Develop custom applications and features using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools.

●           Salesforce Configuration: Customize Salesforce applications, including creating custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and other configurations.

●           Integrations: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.

●           Data Management: Manage data import, export, and migration activities, ensuring data quality and integrity across the Salesforce platform.

●           Salesforce Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions to meet business needs.

●           Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deploying Salesforce solutions, ensuring the code is optimized for performance and scalability.

●           Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for Salesforce development, including version control (e.g., Git).

●           Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, design specifications, and user guides.

●           User Support: Provide ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems in a timely manner.

●           Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to recommend new ways of optimizing the platform.


Responsibilities


●           Experience: 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.

●           Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant certifications (preferred).

●           Proficiency in Salesforce Development: Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

●           Salesforce Configuration: Proficiency in configuring Salesforce (e.g., custom objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules).

●           API Integrations: Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and integration with third-party services or legacy systems.

●           Salesforce Security Model: Understanding of profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and other security configurations.

●           Data Management: Experience in Salesforce data modeling, data migration, and data management tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench).

●           Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and deployment tools such as Change Sets or Salesforce DX.
