Designation/Role: Quality Analyst – Academics (Professional Development)


Location: Noida

Reports to: Director of Education



THE POSITION


The Quality Analyst will ensure academic rigor and instructional effectiveness across Shiv Nadar School campuses by using structured observations, data audits, and analytical reviews. The role supports the Professional Development team by identifying strengths, gaps, and strategic PD needs based on classroom and academic data.


Key Responsibilities


Instructional Quality Monitoring

• Conduct lesson observations and learning audits based on established instructional rubrics.

• Track implementation of curriculum plans, assessments, and pedagogy across subjects.

• Identify training needs and recommend areas for focused teacher development.


Academic Data Analysis

• Collect, analyze, and report data related to student performance, teacher practice, and PD outcomes.

• Maintain academic dashboards and reporting formats.

• Collaborate with curriculum teams to assess impact and track growth metrics.


PD Impact & Audit Reporting

• Evaluate effectiveness of PD interventions using teacher feedback and implementation data.

• Prepare academic review reports for leadership teams.

• Co-design feedback mechanisms and quality improvement plans.



Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Education, Data Analytics, or Quality Assurance.

• 8 years of experience in academic audits, curriculum evaluation, or instructional coaching.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.



Preferred Skills

• Experience with NEP 2020 academic indicators.

• Knowledge of school evaluation frameworks and teacher performance metrics.

• Familiarity with CBSE/IB/Cambridge systems.
