Service Delivery ProfessionalDelivering exceptional service to our clients is paramount. We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, and have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles.This role focuses on delivering Managed Detection & Response and Incident Response services to our customers. Experience with SOC, SIEM, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity are essential for success in this position.Key Responsibilities:Develop and present client operational reports at regular meetings.Drive enhancements to client SLAs and reporting processes.Ensure analysts meet SLA requirements and follow established procedures.Maintain great report writing skills and ability to onboard new clients efficiently.Continuously improve operations and client engagement through process refinement and strategic planning.Develop and implement Continual Service Improvement Plans (CSIP) for client patch management.Build a deep understanding of the client's business, including orchestrating strategic business planning, roadmaps, and workshops.Manage risk and issues effectively.Implement effective problem management and scope management practices.Develop and maintain Change Management plans and Major Incident Management procedures.
