Job Title: Cybersecurity Operations Delivery DirectorThe Role:Oversee and manage cybersecurity operations delivery across multiple technology domains to ensure smooth execution and exceptional service quality.Develop and implement strategies to drive performance, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort through data-driven insights and effective stakeholder engagement.Collaborate with technology leads and factory model teams across SOC/SIEM, Email Security, IAM, Cloud, and Network Security to foster a cohesive and collaborative environment.Manage specialized tools and platforms such as Azure Sentinel, Flare, Cybel Angel, Qualys, Anomali, and MDO to enhance operational control and visibility.Conduct daily stand-ups to maintain operational alignment, ensure timely incident management, and provide real-time status updates.Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, recommending best practices and operational insights based on in-depth analysis.Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and change requests within defined scope and timelines, ensuring compliance with audit and governance frameworks.Ensure timely and accurate reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) aligned with contractual terms and governance standards.Guide delivery teams to align with customer expectations by managing team availability, shift rosters, and performance dashboards.Lead escalations effectively, handle scope changes, and ensure compliance with audit and governance frameworks.Your ProfileMinimum 12 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or delivery role.Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery principles.Ability to interpret operational data, drive performance through storytelling, and engage internal stakeholders and clients effectively.Desirable certifications: CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP.Gravitas and influencing skills to engage internal stakeholders and clients effectively.Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains; deep technical expertise not required.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Work Location : Mumbai & Bengaluru
