About This Role:We are looking for a skilled professional to develop and implement quality audit frameworks for our training programs.Responsibilities include conducting structured technical interviews, evaluating learners' proficiency in SQL, data engineering principles, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI.We will also rely on you to create comprehensive assessments including quizzes and coding challenges to evaluate learners' understanding of concepts and ability to apply them.You will be responsible for reviewing and validating coding challenges by ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.Evaluating end-to-end data engineering and analytics projects, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and Power BI dashboards is another key responsibility.The ideal candidate will deliver clear, actionable feedback, document assessment outcomes, and collaborate with trainers to share insights on learner performance and work towards enhancing training outcomes.We require someone with strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data analysis. Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI is essential. A good understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, DataOps, and data warehousing best practices is also necessary.Familiarity with Python or R for scripting, data validation, or analysis is required. Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and coaching abilities are highly valued.
