If you enjoy solving complex problems, owning quality, and driving best practices – this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts with precisionPerform thorough manual testing across Salesforce Lightning & Classic environmentsDefect Management:Log and track defects in Jira with complete clarity and attention to detailCollaborate effectively with development and product teams to resolve issues efficientlyRelease Enhancement:Run comprehensive regression tests and validate enhancements to ensure a high-quality releaseSupport release cycles, environment refreshes, and backups to maintain a stable ecosystemCollaboration and Communication:Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and developers on requirements gatheringEnsure smooth communication with business users during UAT and provide support as neededContinuous Improvement:Refine test cases, enhance QA processes, and identify potential risks early onTo succeed in this role, you should bring4+ years of experience in QA manual testing within a Salesforce ecosystemStrong knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud (Sales, Service, etc.)Manual testing skills covering functional, regression, integration, and UATExperience with Jira, SDLC, STLC, and Agile practicesAbility to manage test data across sandboxesExcellent communication, analysis, and documentation skillsA mindset built on ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
