Change Management LeadWe are seeking a skilled Change Management Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving successful technology adoption across global enterprises.This position is ideal for an individual with strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills. They will lead the strategy, framework, and execution of change management initiatives across client implementations, ensuring seamless transition to procurement solutions.Key Responsibilities:Define the enterprise-wide change management vision, methodology, and standards for client implementations and internal initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams to embed change management early in the project lifecycle—from pre-sales to post-go-live.Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations for client organizations.Identify and manage change-related risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful adoption.Build and maintain a scalable Change Management Toolkit, including readiness scorecards, sponsorship roadmaps, coaching plans, user journey maps, and training frameworks.Develop and drive compelling change communication strategies across multiple channels.Establish and track KPIs for change success, measuring adoption, satisfaction, and value realization.Act as a trusted advisor for strategic clients, including C-level stakeholders.Train and mentor internal teams and client teams on procurement's change methodology and tools.Provide thought leadership through white papers, case studies, and client presentations.About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with global enterprises and drive successful technology adoption.
