IT State Client Recruitment Manager

Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned IT recruitment team lead to spearhead our state client-focused hiring initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team of recruiters.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of recruiters dedicated to meeting state client requirements.Monitor team performance, establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure targets are consistently achieved.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles specific to state clients.Source top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networking, and referrals.Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and coordinate technical interviews.State Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with state client stakeholders.Understand client-specific hiring processes, compliance requirements, and documentation needs.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all candidates meet state-specific eligibility and background check requirements.Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and adhere to client and internal policies.Reporting & Metrics:Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment status, pipeline health, and team performance.Analyze recruitment data to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-fill metrics.Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Provide timely feedback, guidance, and support to candidates.
