Role Overview

We're seeking dynamic current students to become Campus Ambassadors and help us build the largest student community of financial researchers in India. You'll connect with fellow students, drive platform adoption, and create a thriving finance learning ecosystem on your campus and beyond.

Perfect for students pursuing: MBA, BBA, B.Com, M.Com, Economics, Finance, or any business-related courses

Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Outreach:

• Connect with students across multiple colleges and universities
• Identify and engage with finance clubs, investment societies, and student organizations
• Organize campus events, workshops, and financial literacy sessions
• Build relationships with student leaders and academic departments

Platform Advocacy & User Acquisition:

• Onboard students to our mutual fund research platform
• Demonstrate platform features and benefits to new users
• Drive participation in weekly/fortnightly research contests
• Help students understand how to build their personal finance brand

Content Creation & Engagement:

• Create engaging social media content about financial learning
• Share platform updates and contest announcements
• Write blog posts or articles about student finance experiences
• Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing

Data & Reporting:

• Track user acquisition and engagement metrics from your activities
• Provide feedback on student preferences and platform improvements
• Report on campus-specific opportunities and market insights
• Collaborate with our team to optimize student acquisition strategies

Who We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine interest in finance, investments, or fintech
• Active social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in student organizations or clubs
• Existing network across multiple colleges/universities
• Basic understanding of mutual funds and investment concepts
• Experience in event organization or community building
• Content creation skills (writing, video, graphics)

Monthly Expectations:

• Onboard 50+ new students to the platform
• Organize 2-3 campus engagement activities
• Generate 100+ contest participations from your network
• Maintain 70%+ active user rate from your referrals

Quarterly Goals:

• Establish presence in 3-5 different colleges
• Build a community of 200+ engaged student users
• Achieve measurable increase in platform usage from student demographic
• Successfully execute 1 major campus event or workshop
