Underwriting Team Leader Opportunity

Key Mortgage Underwriting RoleAs a key member of the underwriting team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a group of associates to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) relative to mortgage underwriting area workflows and work queues.You will supervise and lead a group of associates to ensure they meet the required SLAs for mortgage underwriting area workflows and work queues.Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Coordinate activities with management to monitor workflows, improve processes, train staff, report progress, and work on special projects.Provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements to add value to teams and clients.Work with other internal support teams to ensure seamless production by the operations team.Provide resolutions to complex escalated queries and complaints from external and internal customers.What We OfferIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in mortgage underwriting and leadership.
